This affects KeePass and Kee Vault equally. It’s unlikely the interface for configuring the page/group will be changed in KeePass but there should be no need for this to happen anyway. There isn’t even any such option in Kee Vault at the moment because it hasn’t been implemented in Kee since the forced change to WebExtensions a couple of years back. I see this as something that is very much about the browser integration so I’ll only be making the minimal changes required to Kee Vault to ensure that the settings can be adjusted.
If you have started with an empty Kee Vault (rather than importing from a kdbx file), there definitely won’t be a change in behaviour because no page number information will exist.
