TOTP codes stop working

The TOTP codes I get from keevault are suddenly giving the wrong codes. I’ve checked against the codes on my phone and they are different (the one from my phone works) and the TOTP attributes are the same.

I must have changed a setting somewhere but can’t see what.

I think I’ve found the problem:

The time on my computer is set from the internet, the time on my phone is set by the mobile service there was about 40 seconds difference.

I’ve manually set the computer time and now all works.
