I noticed a credit on my credit card which is said to come from Kee Vault. Anyone else receive an unexpected credit?
We have no record of issuing any credits back to a credit card. It’s most likely that the data rows on your statement are somehow misaligned so please double check that. If your bank can confirm the credit and some sort of transaction ID, feel free to get in touch via the secure messaging feature within Kee Vault and we can forward the details onto our credit card handling partner (Stripe) to see if they have some hidden information that might help explain what’s going on.
As a reminder, we don’t rush to delete your encrypted data as soon as a card payment fails so you’ll have plenty of warning if something has gone wrong - just get in touch if you have any problems accessing your Vault.
