Potential Kee Vault service disruption 21st February
We are currently upgrading some of the behind-the-scenes parts of Kee Vault. We expect minimal disruption but there is a small chance that signing in to a new device or performing account management tasks will temporarily fail. We expect disruption of 0 - 3 minutes and no impact to most users. If you are unlucky enough to be affected and have come here looking for assistance, please just try again in an hour or so.
We’ll keep this notification pinned to the top of the community forum until we have finished all testing and remedial work. If you still have problems after it has been unpinned, please try again and then start a new topic to describe what is going wrong.
