Kee is not autofilling the royal carribean sign in page

I have two entries in my keepass database for the domain royalcaribbean.com for two accounts that I have there. When I access their sign in page at https://www.royalcaribbean.com/account/signin nothing gets filled in and the entry fields do not show a kee icon. If I click on the kee icon of my FireFox browser, both of the relevant entries show up there. I am currently using copy/paste to do the login. Is there any way to get Kee to do the autofill for this site? This is the only site that does not work for me. Thanks!!

Could be a variety of causes. First check the Kee setting: “Take this automatic action even when multiple matching entries are found” - if this is the only site you have multiple accounts for, this settings could explain the different behaviour you see here.

Yes, I have that setting checked. And I have other sites with multiple accounts, but this is the only one that does not work.

I have a similar problem with another website: https://login.zwgl.work

The problem occurs with:

  • Firefox 123.0.1 (64-Bit) or Chrome Version 122.0.6261.129 (Official Build) (64-Bit)
  • Kee-Plugin 3.11.13
  • Keepass 2.56 64-Bit

The problem does not occur with the Keepass2Android app on my Pixel 4. That’s why I suggest that Kee is the problem.
