I’ve noticed that the Kee browser extension isn’t syncing credentials properly between Firefox and Chrome. I’m using the same Kee Vault account, and both browsers are logged in, but entries added in one browser don’t always show up in the other.
I tried restarting, clearing cache, and even connecting through Stag VPN to rule out network restrictions. Still the problem persists.
Is this a known issue, or is there a workaround to force the sync?

It is Kee Vault, rather than the browser extension which would handle synchronisation across different browsers/computers. I’m not aware of anything that prevents this from working at the moment but bear in mind that the sync doesn’t occur instantly, so maybe the credentials will show up after a while? I think in some cases it can take up to 15 minutes for another active instance of Kee Vault to check for new changes but I may have misremembered the exact time. A sync always happens when you first sign in to Kee Vault so you are most likely to see this slight delay when running Kee Vault in multiple places at the same time.
To force a sync quickly you could try going to “My Kee Vault” and clicking the “Save Vault” button. That would sync any pending changes after the save has finished.
If the new credentials then appear in Kee Vault but not the browser extension, that might indicate a new problem with the browser extension so please let us know if that’s the case.
