Hotmail/Outlook/login.live.com Can't find Matching usernames anymore

It used to give me a list username to select, but not anymore. Find Matching Logins does not work either.
Any ideas?

Password field (next page) still gives me option to select.

I was having the same issue but I was able to get Kee to list Outlook/Live/Hotmail usernames in this field as follows. These instructions are for the Chrome version of the Kee browser extension.

1. Open Kee’s options page.
2. Select the “A specific website” radio button at the very top of the options page.
3. Enter “login.live.com” into the website field and click the “Add” button.
4. On the “Site Properties” popup, accept the default site properties by simply clicking the “Save” button.
5. Add “f1” to the form name section in the “Include List”
