Custom field is not recognized

Hi,

I have a problem with this site: https://shop.deutschepost.de/shop/auth_login_form.jsp
Sometimes I have a similar problem.

In the 2nd step of the form it’s asking for a TOTP code, I did

  1. Set up TOTP in KeePass via KeePassOTP
  2. Added the html input ID and name in the KeePass Kee settings under “form fields”
    2.1 tried “page” -1, 0 and 1
  3. Added the URL to the KeePass Kee settings under “URL” via regex “.deutschepost.”
  4. Added the html ID and name in the Kee firefox browser extension to the whitelist
  5. Added the html ID and name in the Kee firefox browser extension to the whitelist
  6. Global hotkey for TOTP does not work, which it does for the other sites when I do not be able to get it running

The entry is found, if I right-click in the input field or in the Kee extension icon in the toolbar.

I have no clue what to do… can someone help please?
