2 KeePass DBs A/B- entry is not found in A, but copy of it in B

I’m using KeePass 2.38 with 2 DBs
since shortly an entry isn’t found anymore in DB A,
but (as a test) a copy of it via ClipBoard can be found in DB B
some other entries in A can be found
what could be the reason?

it is the same for Firefox with Kee 3.6.27 (I think RPC, how can I test this?)
and for Chrome with Kee 3.6.27 (I think HTTP, how can I test this?)

sorry, my fault.
I seem to have deleted or moved the key home group.
Didn’t know that sth like this exists.
